7) Cookies & similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Website and (with consent) to analyze usage and personalize advertising.

Categories we use:

  • Strictly necessary (essential): required for core functionality (e.g., session, cart, cookie consent). These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics & performance (optional): to understand usage and improve services.
  • Advertising/targeting (optional): to deliver more relevant ads and measure effectiveness.

On your first visit, our consent banner lets you accept or manage optional cookies. You can change preferences anytime via “Cookie settings” (footer or banner). Blocking optional cookies won’t stop the site from working, but some features may be less relevant.

Examples of data collected via cookies include IP address, device/browser info, timestamps, pages viewed, and interactions.

8) International transfers

Where we transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA/UK (e.g., to service providers in countries without an adequacy decision), we use appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses and additional protective measures as needed.

9) Security

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, auditing, least-privilege policies). No system is perfectly secure; please keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.

10) Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for each purpose:

  • Contracts & transactions: for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by tax/accounting laws (often up to 10 years).
  • Customer support: for the time needed to resolve your request.
  • Marketing: until you opt out, or up to 2 years from last interaction/consent renewal.
  • Logs/usage data: typically kept for a limited period to ensure security and performance, then aggregated or deleted.
  • Cookies: per their set lifetimes (see banner/settings).

We may retain data longer where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

The Services are intended for adults (18+) only. We do not knowingly process personal data of children. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
